Each class is designed to bring people together for a total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time!  


Fun and happy music from lots of different genres will make you forget you're doing exercise!

Zumba Bristol

Thursdays 5.30pm-6.30pm

You don’t need any experience to come along to these classes, so please don’t be anxious if you have never done ballet before!  Each class will start with the basics of ballet to improve posture and core strength to enable you to progress to more complex steps.


You will gain a knowledge of the basic ballet positions, and how steps flow together to form mini routines. Ultimately the classes should be a fun way to exercise and learn new skills, and a great way to improve flexibility, balance and performance techniques.
