Thursdays 5.30pm-6.30pm
You don’t need any experience to come along to these classes, so please don’t be anxious if you have never done ballet before! Each class will start with the basics of ballet to improve posture and core strength to enable you to progress to more complex steps.
You will gain a knowledge of the basic ballet positions, and how steps flow together to form mini routines. Ultimately the classes should be a fun way to exercise and learn new skills, and a great way to improve flexibility, balance and performance techniques.
